Everything arrived as advertised. It does provide good support for the head, but I am concerned that the thickness if the back will push the head forward. it will support the head from moving too far forward. Perhaps I will need to reverse the pillow so the opening is in the back. I have never found the inflatable cushions very comfortable, so I decided to try this type. The test will be on my next plane flight. It does not appear that the neck pillow will obstruct the use of my over the ear headphones.
