I use to think these things were a scam and then i started getting texture on my face and decided to try this. Within a few days my texture was completely gone. I put my Vit. C serum on my face and roll this device over my face and it seems to brighten my skin and get rid of texture. The vit C serum did not get rid of my texture when i was using this before so i think it's the derma roller. Always clean this off after every use with alcohol and wait for it to dry. I use mine once a day at night during my skin care routine, if you have sensitive skin maybe use it every other day
