I bought this as soon as my husband started making noises about wanting to deep fry a turkey for Thanksgiving. He is very enthusiastic about fire related things, but is not always properly cautious about such things. I was a scout. He was not. Thanksgiving passed without incident, but tonight, he decided to surprise me with a nice fire in our firepit. We live in Oklahoma, so it is always windy. The grass is dead, and we still have brush down from the ice storm we had in November. We have no hoses in the backyard. By the time I figured out what he was doing, the yard was aflame. I busted out this bad boy and had a 5' diameter fire out in two minutes. Highly recommend.
