I bought this clay to help remineralize my teeth. Not sure how much has changed in my mouth, but my overall physical health has improved dramatically. As a US veteran of the 1991 Persian Gulf War, I fought a long hard battle with Gulf War Syndrome. Was down for the count (terminal) in 1995 and again 2001, first time fought it back with a homeopathic remedy, then finally treated it as a Mycoplasma infection -- which it turned out to be. M. Bottom line, it's been a long hard fight to regain health through natural remedies. I still suffer from what the VA calls "brain fog". After only two days taking this clay internally I was relatively clear-headed for the first time in years. No long mornings hanging around like a zombie. No extreme physical lethargy; for once I have something like normal physical energy. I know I destroyed the Mycoplasma in my body 17 years ago, but this is clearly detoxing some metallic or other chemical compound that has built up since then. Aluminum from the sky, maybe? I'm just thankful it's working so well. Also makes a great toothpaste.
