Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I almost passed on this because of all the negative reviews. Then I started reading them and realized that most of the negative reviews had one thing in common; they were using the converter incorrectly. This unit converts COMPONENT to HDMI, and it works perfectly. It does NOT convert COMPOSITE to HDMI. It does not convert HDMI to COMPONENT. Some folks on here are complaining because it won't work backwards, or convert component video, or teach them how to read a description of a product before purchasing it and leaving a completely inappropriate negative review. If all you want to do is convert component to HDMI (and the audio too!) then this is for you. I used this on my Cable box and my first generation XBOX 360 and it works great.
