This is the holy grail of shower heads. I bought it for it's all-metal construction because I'm so sick of cheap-feeling plastic mounts of even the "best" brands. It lived up to expectations on that front. What I didn't expect was a much nicer user experience. This thing has such a nice, powerful spray, I feel a little guilty that it may not be very eco-friendly. I would guess that the lower-flow one probably still has a very nice spray, this one feels borderline excessive. The upside of that is that it used to take forever for the hot water to get to my shower and that is no longer the case, so I am at least wasting less water in that sense. The heft of the shower head itself is satisfyingly perfect. It feels like the solid metal unit that it is. The "hose" is also absolutely perfect. Most hoses have a bit of tension in them and just aren't as flexible as you'd like. This one is as flexible as a limp rope. I would guess that anyone that has leaks after installing this probably didn't do it right. Make sure the black rubber washer is still in place before you attach the mount to the shower neck. Also, the instructions seem to suggest using only your hands to tighten it. Don't do that. Wrap the threads with the supplied teflon tape, tighten by hand, then tighten quite a bit more with some type of non-marring wrench, like a strap wrench. You will feel when it's tight enough. As long as these are available and as long as they keep producing the same quality units I will no longer buy any other brand. They are worth the money.
