UPDATED REVIEW! Product is easy to use and came quickly. I appreciated that. However... I used this product once on my many plants around Christmas time. I had decided to switch from miracle grow indoor plant food to this organic solution, expecting better results. I diluted the fertilizer to half the recommended strength so I wouldn’t overdo it. Upon keeping the same watering schedule and using joyful dirt to fertilize once, several of my plants have begun drooping in the following days, leaving the soil with a smell. This was not an issue I had before using this product. I have two calatheas drooping right now, and two pothos plants. My money tree is also drooping (but is starting to perk up again), and my monstera deliciosa had rotted roots when I removed it from the pot to see what was up. UPDATE: This company does have good customer service if you reach out to them through Instagram. They have been working with me to resolve the issue—it’s possible that this happened because the fertilizer was not used immediately after making the solution. That being said, make sure you use it soon after mixing, don’t store it for later! Going to give this product another shot. I will update again. Adding another star because I greatly appreciate their responsive customer service and willingness to try to make things right. UPDATE #2: I flushed the soil of my plants thoroughly and the soil smells better. They have begun to perk back up! Not only did I get a full refund, they mailed me samples of their other products and promised to amend their label to avoid this issue with others! I can definitely appreciate a company that cares about and believes in always improving their product. Thank you for a learning experience and great customer service, JoyfulDirt!
