I had a Black and Decker Toaster that frankly, I hated. It took forever to toast bread. It's taken me a number of years to look for a new simple toaster. I found it in the Hamilton Beach Cool Wall 2-Slice Toaster. It toasts well with a wide choice of settings. Slots are wide enough for bagels.Some tall breads you need to toast on their side so that the entire slice get toasted. It's nice looking and the cool walls actually stay cool during use of the toaster. I also like the fact that you can wrap the cord around a "wrap around" at the back of the toaster when not in use. Add to that a fair price and I think it's the perfect 2 slice toaster. So glad I bought it!!
