I purchased these before Christmas for one of the Christmas trees in our house. They aren't the brightest lights I've seen, but they are perfect for the dining room because i didn't want the tree to be annoyingly bright or obnoxious. This particular set of lights has several different settings...flashing, steady on, alternating bulbs, etc. Love them so much that I decided to leave this tree up all year long. It gives the dining room a subtle warm glow that's very inviting and calming. I would recommend these to a friend.
