I had a Chronic Sciatic Nerve pain in my left back/pelvic area. Very sharp pain, when I could often not walk at all. Very debilitating!! I finally realized that the pain was caused by several seats/chairs I had, where the pressure against the back of my upper leg/thigh, was irritating the sciatic nerve in my back. I bought this support cushion for my car, and several chairs in my house. The sharp pain in my back, is almost completely gone now, and getting better every day!!!! This seat cushion was absolutely miraculous for me. Saved my life!!!
