This little butt-straw is a lifesaver! My son started having HORRIBLE gas pains around 3 weeks old, and for a week or so, holding his knees to his stomach helped a lot. But then it stopped working. In comes gripe water, gas drops, days filled with a miserable newborn, nights of inconsolable crying, so much straining that it caused an umbilical hernia, and then the Windi! After around 3 weeks of trying everything under the sun, we found these and ordered them immediately (thank god for Prime shipping!) We've been using these for around 2 months and they work EVERY time. We rub his belly for a few minutes, cross his legs and hold them to his stomach, add some coconut oil to the tip, rub it around his sphincter to melt it, and it glides in easily with no discomfort. We almost always have to use leave it inserted for significantly longer than the directions say, up to several minutes. But, while the directions may not be foolproof, the Windi always delivers on its promise. I now have an incredibly easygoing baby boy who is always happy and a constant joy to be around. I can't thank FridaBaby enough for creating such a desperately needed, effective product.
