Buy according to your measurements. I have recently lost weight and can wear 12-14 pants and large shirts. According to measurements I ordered XL even though it hurt my feelings. It fits great and got my daughters approval for public wear (if you have a teenager, you will understand). There really is not a tag so who cares what the size is!!!
