Warning* this will be a tad lengthy but I need to tell my story! A year ago I missed a period and was told I was peri menopausal and irregular bleeding would begin! Okay, so the next month I get a period and it then lasted for three months STRAIGHT!! OBGYN diagnoses me with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding and slaps me with 10mg a day of synthetic prescription Progesterone which I proceed to take for a year. I gained 25 pounds, have had headaches continuously, I can’t believe my husband hasn’t left me with the anger and mood swings I’ve had, hair falling out, no motivation and severe depression, for which I was medicated for this as well. Since March, I decided to start researching natural ways to basically save my life since taking these hormones and anti depressants has not only ruined me more but can cause some serious issues (cancer, organ issues, brain issues, etc). I read about a combination of taking DIM and Vitex for peri menopause and changing your diet for regulating hormones. I read article after article, talked to an herbalist, and my daughter, who was told needed surgery to get pregnant and after diet, herbal supplements and acupuncture is now in her third trimester. So I ordered THIS DIM a few weeks ago and started taking it, I also ordered Vitex and collagen and I started a Whole 30 diet. That’s ALL! Within days the spotting I’ve had every single day for a year was gone! All of a sudden, the dark cloud over my moods and depression lifted. I stopped the anti depressants, I stopped the progesterone, I stopped all over the counter pain meds for the pain I was in every single day. It’s been a few weeks now and I feel like I am in my 20’s again! I absolutely give credit to this DIM!! It started off my course of feeling like myself again and my journey to full health! I get up every morning feeling amazing, I sleep like a baby, I’ve lost 10 pounds, no abnormal bleeding, no headaches, no side effects period! I highly highly recommend this to any woman starting peri menopause! You won’t regret a single second!
