First time using seemed good. Got a little hot but it is melted wax...second time using I pluged in and a loud pop and sparks flashed from inside the unit. Scary! ******UPDATE****** Seller immediately began resolving the issue. Furthermore they were able to catch and correct an issue in the manufacturing. They sent me a new one along with extra wax. Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend buying from them and of course I love the product.
