WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? GO BUY THIS JACKET!! I have not been paid or given a free product for this review. I just have a hard time finding clothes that fit good so I’m super excited about this purchase lol First thing I look for.. is this person shaped like me? So here it goes.. I ordered a large. I’m 5’1, 165lbs, 38DD or 36DDD, I guess I’m considered an hourglass shape ? My bust and hips are pretty much the same width and my waist is a few inches smaller. I carry my weight pretty evenly. Typically, I love how jean jackets look and hate how they fit so I was really skeptical and was pretty sure it would be returned but now I wish I could afford one in every color but I’m a single parent with 3 kids so mom splurges are limited but seriously... this jacket is amazing!!! So, let’s dive in to this review... THE MATERIAL AND FIT I’m the past, my experience with jean jackets has been awful. The material is thick, stiff, heavy, unyielding.. just not comfortable at all and having a large bust with a stiff jacket is seriously unflattering. If it fit my boobs, then it hung like a box at my waist. No definition at all. Think potato sack/tent... you get the picture 😂 NOT THIS JACKET!! This jacket has spandex or something in it! Not only does it fit my bust line but it curves in towards my waist beneath it. It is PERFECT and the material is a soft, thinner denim, but not thin like a shirt, it’s thick enough to function as a jacket and still keep you warm but soft and thin enough that is shapes to you and hugs your body... think, your favorite pair of jeans. That is how this jacket feels! I purchased a large, I’m a crazy in between size. I wear a 12 pants in women’s, 13/15 pants in juniors and my tops range from M-L-XL depending on the cut, brand, where it’s made. My waist screams “medium“ but my bust yells back “large” and if it’s not US sized... my whole body starts begging, “for the love of God woman get the XL... and don’t be scared of the 2X if it’s coming from China!” The large in this jacket was perfect. An XL would have been to big and a medium to open in the front, but I will be able to look great in this even if I lose 10-15 pounds (which I’m currently working on) I was diagnosed with Lupus two years ago and the medications caused me to gain a ton of weight so I’m happily 60lbs lighter since this past November and finally starting to see my body again! The fit of this jacket is AMAZING! It hangs with perfect spacing in the front if it’s unbuttoned. It stretches enough that I can button it up if I want, might be a tiny snug over the bust but the stretch is fantastic... and let’s face it, I’m not really going to button this thing. Does anyone really button up a denim jacket? I noticed some reviewers saying the arms were long and there was no pocket space. I didn’t have an issue with either and I’m short y’all! With my arms down, the cuff comes to the top of my fingers and if I raise my arm straight up over my head, it falls at the perfect wrist spot for the sleeves being down (but y’all know I’m going to cuff them anyway, I mean come on... it’s cuter that way lol) I also found there to be sufficient room in the pocket. My hand is completely open and stretched in the photo and fits. You could easily put your keys, gum or hands in the pocket... cell phone? No, but that’s not the jackets fault. Cell phones are ridiculously big and barely fit in our BACK pocket these days. Overall, my review is a YES, YES, YES.. I’ll have what she’s having in every single color... at least, as soon as my pocket book says I can lol !! (Little Harry Met Sally reference for you there 😉 yeah... I’m that old lol) So stop guessing, stop staring at it, stop debating... GO BUY THIS JACKET!! You will 💕💕💕💕 it!
