I rarely write reviews unless I really, really like a product. Love this piece of equipment...Not only does it work your glutes but also your calves, shoulders, arms and core... I got rid of my treadmill because it was too big and bulky. Purchased this and use it every day. I feel the burn, as well as an elevated heart rate after every set. Easy assembly too. Worth every penny.
