This has been helping my foot heal so much: I still have to get the bar centered right: I think I’ve had it to tight and it left a dent in the top of my foot: but totally user error: I wore one of these years ago when I injured it for the first time so I know it’s me. So happy to have found this on the market and readily available. Also all of the extras it comes with have really helped me manage my day to day much better
