Wow ! You can see and feel the quality of this product ! I recently started learning about how to make my own espresso with my own manual espresso machine. I was getting a 15 second Pull using the supplied plastic tamper. I changed nothing in the process except for this calibrated Tamper and behold, the Pull time is now 25 seconds... the resulting taste of the shot is awesome! I'm more than pleased with this Tamper! I can't believe it's made in a garage!!! Keep up the good work, Very,Very Impressive !!! Money well spent!!! Thanks, Jim
