Burnt orange
Maybe it is my phone's display (or wishful thinking), but I thought this was going to be a more vibrant orange. Instead it's a Texas burnt Orange. It's not ugly, it's just not what I had imagined/hoped for based on the website. I bought this one instead of the black because I wanted multiple pockets on the front, which wasn't available in black. After seeing the limitations of the sizes of the front pockets, I should have went with the black, single outside pocketed bag tho. The largest front pocket is big enough for an iPad. The bottom one will hold liquids. Side pockets have mesh holders that are adequate for standard size water bottles. The side pockets unzip really low so I will have to be careful about loosing stuff out. A curling iron and a pair of flip flops should fit in the side pockets. The small top pocket is pretty useless--chapstick and gum, stuff like that can go here.
I don't know why one side of the inside liner in the main compartment is loose/not attached at the top and sides. That is a flaw and I see no reason for it. Maybe it's because you are really supposed to open it laying down instead of from the top (top access is limited)? It still seems unnecessary.
It looks like the bag should fit under the seat, but will likely be tight. I was concerned that an airport employee might force me to gate ck it if they saw the wheels (that has happened to me before with a duffel roller bag). However this has a little carry handle on top that makes the bag look completely like a tote when the handle is zipped up. Also the two wheels are unobtrusive (my way of saying the wheels can be hidden when u are holding the bag in front of u;-). The black wheels would be almost invisible on the black bag. I should have bought the black bag....
