Purchased for my mother a few months ago and it has been very helpful. She is 5'5" and 180 lbs. The height and width are fine for her and the seat seems sturdy. Like the cloth basket for putting her oversized purse inside while she pushes it around. When she gets tired, she just turns around and has a seat. The only thing that she mentioned not liking is that it took a little while to get used to using the hand brakes. She had never used a walker of any kind in the past, so we have nothing to compare it to, but it looks nice and functions as it should. ****update**** My mother has now owned this rollator for a full year and she is still using it daily. There are zero problems with it and we have found it to be very dependable and a great purchase.
