this cold brew coffee maker is so easy to use. i simply put my favorite ground coffee into the ultra-fine metal filter, add water, and let it sit overnight (16-24 hours) in my fridge. i remove the filter, toss the grounds, and my coffee is ready! whatever i don’t drink right away i keep stored in the carafe without the filter piece. when i’m done, it’s ample to clean and store. though i usually don’t store it - i just make more cold brew! honestly, this works so well that i’m shocked at the low price. i would have expected $10-15 more now that i know how well it works and the quality of the materials. their customer service is also excellent, which is always a bonus. a little tip i’ve picked up from my new cold brew / ice coffee habit: try mixing a high quality decaf with a flavored coffee for a custom “half caf”. you get to drink twice as much that way and get the flavor without the jitters!
