I've been taking turmeric for years now but wanted to find a brand that didn't add any additional additives. I was so excited to find Schwartz bio research brand because it was free of additives and also stronger in strength. I also liked that it had the bioperine in it for absorption. The product works great for the inflammation I would get in my joints and also for my lower back pain. It's also wonderful in helping swelling go down fast if you injure yourself. After surgery I had a swollen ankle that would not go down for over a week and as soon as I started back on my turmeric the swelling was gone within an hour. Very happy with this brand. I recommend this to anyone who's willing to listen. I won't go without turmeric anymore. Drs were never able to tell me what was causing the painful red joints I would get in my hands. So I did my own research and that's when I decided to give turmeric a try and I no longer have these red joints. I attached a picture of my hand before starting turmeric and the after I've been on it for some time. Turmeric should be in everyone's medicine cabinet.
