I suffer from severe migraines caused by allergies, artificial light, as well as a tumor in my brain. The device is uncomfortable at first but not painful - but in a few minutes you can literally feel the headache start to ease. I wear mine pretty much all day since I have such severe migraines. I love that I can switch it to either hand and it works the same. This is a total game changer!!
