It is kind of like magic. The pillow is always cold to the touch. So much so that I was scared to wash it but have now (in cold water and tumble dry in low heat) and it still nice and cold. Have had it for a few months now. If I had one complaint it would be it has a few white strings coming up like it is unraveling but nothing a pair of scissors cant fix. Still impressed with the overall pillow experience. Got three more of my friends to try it out and now purchase them, too. Plus, it has been stolen by the dog who is also a fan. Great if you have a hot head and need a good cold rush.
