I am comparing this product to many different enzyme cleaners I have tried. The most well known is probably Spartan brand enzyme cleaner, the green stuff. This seems ro smell cery similar to it. It also works as well as it cleaning up urine, grease, etc. We use enzyme cleaner in bathrooms and greasy restaurant floors. If you leave some residue behind, enzyme cleaner will often keep working away at it. It's not a replacement for nuetral pH but, its indispensible. If Amazon keeps the price at $50/4 gallons we will continue to purchase.
