We have tried dha gummy bears but my 4 kids refused to eat them. So I decided to try this. I mix it with there water and they love it. They even sometimes take it alone in a teaspoon. Heres some of the things I love about it 1. It's 360mg of epa/dha per serving 2.no artificial flavors or colors Yay for no chemicals! 3.no sugar it is naturally flavored with xylitol 4. Gluten free 5. GMO free 6. They list all the ingredients so there is no surprises.
