I really needed this device to help me sleep with soothing ASMR sounds. The sound was just right for me, the headband was comfy & secure, and pairing my phone was easy. I was even impressed that the package arrived a day early than I expected. However... I'm sad to say, the Bluetooth device does not charge. And that's a shame because this device proved to be so practical! UPDATE 5/13 (from 3 to 5 stars): I had contacted TOPOINT and they were excellent in assisting me. They kept efficient correspondence, they were competent in discussing my issue with the product, and they kindly sent me a new Bluetooth headband over the weekend. It arrived 3 days early of its esimated delivery date, it was in the same excellent condition except now I have no trouble charging it. I'm so pleased with their service and their product! ^_^
