Very effective!
I have been taking this product for only a month, and I have really noticed a difference. I started taking it when I had COVID symptoms for one day, even though I am vaccinated, and along with Zinc and Vitamin C, I believe it resolved whatever I had quickly (my COVID quick test came back negative). I have continued to take it and believe it has strengthened my immunity and energy.
