I’ve been using this vitamin E oil for a few months, and I’ve been noticing a big, year old scratch on my leg (from my boyfriend’s dog) beginning to fade. For weeks I’ve been meaning to write a review for this product, but tonight’s discovery was absolute motivation. Perhaps sharing my story will help others. The appearance of the dog scratch has remained the same for nearly a year. After a couple months of using this vitamin E oil, it has faded significantly. Tonight I recalled a (freaked out) cat scratch that I’ve had for about 12 to 15 years. (It also looked the same since she (the cat) gave it to me.) I had to look really hard to find it. The red is completely gone leaving only a faint, white, barely visible line. (It’s a done deal - I had to write this review.) I put this, with a little Neutrogena light sesame oil, in my palm; rub them together, and apply on wet skin immediately after a shower, 3 to 4 times a week. (No, it’s not the sesame oil- I’ve been using it for years. It helps with dry skin.) Maybe the combination is helpful. I don’t know... But I DO know that the scars didn’t fade until I used this vitamin E oil. At 50+ years of age, skin injuries don’t heal as well as when I was a young girl. So, I’m hooked for life! (Whatever I have left. 😌)
