We've tried several of this type of antenna without much success. This one worked with a minor exception, Channel 65 or WUPV in the Richmond, Virginia area. Our regular antenna is in the attic and we had all 23 stations that we can get, but lately we can only get 19 or 20 channels. WUPV has disappeared due to station changes/upgrades. This antenna picked it up WUPV. Unfortunately, it didn't pick up NBC (Channel 12 in my area) which our regular antenna. Because the antennas are different I was unable to combine them on splitter to get both sets of channels. We've tried a variety of boosters with our attic antenna but no luck getting WUPV. However, the booster that came with this antenna worked great with the attic antenna. Now we have all the channels we can get over the air and all are clear. If for no other reason alone, I'd buy this antenna for the booster the company uses. Also, the flat antenna itself has the longest cord of any like it that we've had in the past. I'd recommend this product to anyone using indoor antennas, especially if they live in an area where they can get several channels; a home with plaster walls over metal lathe; and many trees, buildings, and other interfering objects between themselves and the television transmission towers.
