I have added sous vide to my cooking Arsenal for about two years now. These bags work AMAZING! I am able to bring home my groceries, season and vacuum seal them to freeze and when I’m ready to cook, I can pull it straight from the freezer into the bath. I am able to store things SO MUCH longer than other freezer bags. Also through the pandemic, I’ve discovered how much longer ALL perishables last in the refrigerator as well as (repackaged in these) non perishables in my pantry! During these times, it has saved me so much money extending the “shelve life” of “what I can get when I can get it”. It allows me to buy in bulk without waste! None of the bags from these rolls have failed!
