I originally purchased this product to use as a make up primer and was happy with the results. It wasn't until a recent vacation that I realized what all it was doing besides just priming. On my vacation I spent most of my time on the beach. I had bought oil free sunscreen that was supposed to be formulated for your face. While it wasn't oily it also didn't provide any protection from the sun. My face got very burnt complete with sunglasses tan lines. Not having all of my usual beauty products, I decided to apply some of the one step correct before bed. I couldn't believe the mirror in the morning. The burn was gone and I never had any of the peeling that I usually get after a sunburn. These are photos I took, one before bed and one as soon as I woke up.
