Have been struggling for 2 years to help my teenage son resolve the foliculitis on his thighs. Been prescribed expensive creams, bought many washes and scrubs and nothing other than oral antibiotics ever helped and since we didn’t want to keep him on those, there had been no long term resolution. Was feeling stressed and sorry for him with the summer and shorts season approaching. Was scouring the internet for solutions. Found reviews for hibiclens on amazon and tried it. Wow! Life changing. Saw an improvement in a few days and now that it’s been a couple of weeks it’s the best improvement we’ve seen. Not completely gone (maybe in a bit more time?) but at least a 60-70% improvement. I WISH I’d taken photos before! Since this product is inexpensive it’s absolutely worth a try if you are suffering from foliculitus. I poured it into a washed out soap pump bottle and told him to use it just to wash those problem areas. I’m so happy to have found him some solution. I only wish I’d stumbled across it sooner. Give it a try if you are suffering. I really appreciate those who reviewed this product before me. It’s the only way I even would have known to try it!
