I am someone who does a lot of research and vigorously studies what vitamins I take. I have been using CoQ10 for almost 7 months and I must say I do feel a big difference in the way my body feels. I most definitely have more energy, even my wife has commented on that. That is a nice side effect, and not even the reason I started adding it into my vitamin regimen. My doctor told me that CoQ10 relaxes blood vessels, playing a beneficial role in the treatment of high blood pressure. He even said that some patients may be able to decrease the dosage or even discontinue their high blood pressure medications altogether while taking CoQ10 (of course, after getting that clearance from a physician.) There is very strong evidence, VERY strong, that CoQ10 is one of (if not the) best supplement for your heart. I have to say that after using this product for the last half a year I think that the reason I have more energy is that I legitimately have better blood flow because my ticker is firing on all cylinders. I'm not saying this will work for everyone, I can only truthfully talk about my results and share them with you. One other benefit that I have gotten since adding this to my rotation is that I have seen a dramatic decrease in my headaches! I mean, dramatic, like, I rarely get them and when I do they are not remotely as severe as they once were. Another unique thing about this product in particular is that it has 400mg of CoQ10 which is 4 times the dosage you usually find. I did receive this product at a discount in order for my honest review, and that's what you got. By no means do I ever promise a good review, and by no means do I always give them. I hate when people say they have something wonderful in their review on Amazon and then I order it and it's garbage. I assure you that is not the case here.
