Years ago, I tryed MANY laundry brands and found Tide to work the best and it has given me the most bang for my buck! I have been a faithful user of original Tide powder detergent for over 20 years. Recently I have had problems finding Tide powder for a good price. It seems so many stores are carrying more and more liquid and pod pack detergent. After researching powdered detergents, I found Boardwalk. So I gave the Summer Breeze one a try. I like the light scent and the bucket is very convenient to use. I have done numerous loads of laundry using the same amount of Boardwalk as I would have used of Tide. ALL of the loads(whites, colors even dirty work jeans) came out clean, bright and smelling fresh. I had a dish rag that had a couple of blueberry stains on it and even they came right out! I can't even see where they were. Since I have a front load HE washer I was also concerned about too many suds hampering its cleaning effectiveness. No problems at all! I believe I have found my new favorite laundry deterent! I will update this review if I find reasons to change my mind 🙂
