My son has been in two major car accidents.. two different times within three months of one another.. Both times it was small car.. vs large vehicles.. He survived without a scratch or injury.. Rear ended in a Chevy Malibu by a Dodge ram 2500.. Rear ended in a Pontiac Vibe by a Dodge work van and then side impacted by an S10 headed the opposite direction.. I want to thank the Britax company for saving my son's life.. Properly installed and used correctly this car seat kept my 2 year old safe.. I give this the highest recommendation I could to any product.. Please not that after each accident we did replace the car seat with a new one.. Destroy car seats after an accident so they can never be reused..
