I purchased this cream for sagging neck skin that I've had for about 2 years now, ever since I lost all my pregnancy weight. I'm 34 years old and too young to have this problem! I have purchased many firming creams and tried a lot of products but none have made a difference... Until this! I've been using this for a couple months now and my sagging neck skin has not gone away completely but has gotten much better! I've notice the best results when used consistently, everyday in the morning and at night with my other skin care regimens. If I miss a day the sagging will be worse than when I don't. I also use this on my face and the difference it makes instantly is insane! I had just about given up hope that there was any cream that actually did what it claimed to do and actually tighten and firm... I thought I was going to have to get a neck lift. Im so glad I found this product! And I did not get this at a discount, I paid full price. Well worth it in my opinion, as I just ordered my second one! I hope this helps someone. :)
