These have been a miracle for our two year old. We give her one in the morning and one before bed and it has helped her to have regular bowel movements. Prior to discovering these gummies she was having one per week and it was a painful experience for the entire family :( She now now looks forward to her special vitamin and enjoys the taste. I feel much better giving her these than miralax or another laxative. The only concern is the sugar, but it's a small price to pay to keep her going, CALM and pain free.
