Sums up so much for those not in the loop
Some people have no idea who LuLaRoe is/are. I kinda envy those people. Me, on the other hand, I know "too much". As a consumer following this tornado of a company for almost 4/5 years, I can say that this documentary will open your eyes to a very dark side to pyramid schemes in the guise of "women empowerment". It is anything but. While it doesn't cover EVERYTHING like the NDSS scandal with the owners mark and Deanne defending a consultant who mocked down syndrome, or the GALA events where consultants bid hundreds of thousands of dollars to name a piece of clothing and never got compensated, or the fact that Sam Shultz has been charged with 26 felonies, there's always going to be a story that's equally, if not more crazy. Women like Roberta blevins worked their tail off to caution other women, heck all genders really, deserve the accolades here. Becca being the real MVP working her fingers to the bone for depositions for lawsuits (buy her washi tape! It's her source of income in bringing the public this information). I hope people watch this documentary and see it as a sign to recognize a cult, a scam, a fabrication, a lie. And not just about LuLaRoe but MLM/pyramid schemes as a whole.
