I have used it...literally right when i saw it was on my front door i put it on! I didn't have to put it in the fridge at the time because it was outside in the snowy winter haha! It works really well! I especially like that i can pull my hair through the top! My migraines tend to go straight to my eyeballs especially on the left side, so the fact that it's long enough to go directly over them is a game changer! I also like that it's tight and can be only slightly over my eyes if i want just so i can still feel the cold while working on my computer! I tend to have regular headaches all the time, likely due to stress and try to combat them before they develop into a migraine. Meds can only help so much! THANK YOU! Yes it is a bit snug, but i feel like if it wasn't, it wouldn't have been as effective! I can also sleep with it on which is a must!! **UPDATE** 12/11/19 I decided to buy a second one because i lost my other one and figured i could rotate them and have one for when i'm at work when i find it, but it is not like the first one i bought..it's big on me and is not as snug which was super disappointing :( it still feels nice for relief but wish it were super snug like before.
