I used to have my family members complain about my breath smelling bad even when I would brush and floss twice a day. I decided to use a tongue scraper and felt immediate improvements. The one I used however was a replaceable one which I knew I didn't have the money for. This one is rust proof and has a lifelong use. Certainly worth $10 for a pack of two, give one to a family member (maybe they won't lose it like my Mom did).
