I complained about the order taking too long to send, and they sent the next day. This thing is amazing. It has clawlike extensions that you place around the branch, which insures your safety. Push a button, and the chain saw lowers and does the work with absolutely no effort. I have no idea how it will work when the blades get some use, but for now, it is truly unbelievable. I have had about 35 to 40 trees for 0ver 40 years. This is the easiest trimming I have ever been able to do. It has its limits. 4" due to the claws. Also, can not get close up and precise. No close cuts and can't fit between close brances. But what it does do, it does beautifuly. I am in awe. No kick what so-ever. The only kick I found, was it is a enjoyable kick of using it. I actually had fun pruning. Cutting up the falling branches was a cinch.
