Frequent Flyer reccommended
I wanted a large capacity power bank that could take care of myself and my wife's electronics on trips. This consists of 2 Android Phones (LG G2, 3000mAh) and 2 Android Tablets (LG G Pad 8.3 4600mAh). That's a 15,200 mAh need.
Whether it's at a red light, in line at the DMV or while waiting for the movie to start, we all use our phones and tablets while killing time. But that's usually just a few minutes. Nothing holds a candle to waiting at the airport, especially now with security as tight as it is. But the worst part is trying to find an open power receptacle to plug in your charger - and if you you're stuck sitting on the floor or very close to someone you don't know (or worse with B.O.).
I laugh at those people now. My wife and I can sit in whatever seat we want and charge ALL our devices without worry. Plus we can watch all our movies on the plane w/out worry. Seriously, this beast handles it all. Here's a breakdown of how many times I can charge my devices from 0-100%:
2 phone charges and 2 tablet charges (and some left over for a bluetooth speaker)
5 Phone charges
3 Tablet and 1 (almost) phone charge
2 Phone charges, 1 tablet charge, 2 bluetooth speakers
All power options aside, this device is also well designed and includes everything you need to tote around including 2 flat (tangle friendly) cables and a 2AMP charger that also works for your devices directly. The rounded edges even let me fit this into my back pocket easily and didn't have sharp corners to poke me in the butt.
Although we got it mainly for travel, this doubles as a backup for emergency situations. If ever and earthquake hits (yay california) and knocks power out, we're covered for days! Plus it has a cool built in flash light. Thanks RAVPower for an amazing product.
