This product is easy to assemble. At first sight I was VERY intimidated, however, once I started it was quickly understood. Very stable. It doesn't seem like it will fall over. It fit my husbands shoes (11.5) which is impossible to find in a typical shoe rack. It doesn't spin fantastic, however that didn't faze me. Quick tip: ** if you are going to buy this product and put it by your front door (highly recommended) I also suggest to repurpose the box it came in.. I cut a circle out and before the very last step of assembling the rack I put the circle on the top. It allowed for me to throw keys, loose change and sunglasses down when I first walk in the door!! It's more than just a shoe rack now!
