I’d like to start by saying this is a nice kettle, lighter material than I anticipated but it does it’s job and it looks beautiful. About 2 months after receiving my tea pot I noticed some rusting beginning to develop... so I contacted customer service and all I had to do was provide a photo of the rusting area and they apologized and immediately sent me a replacement for free. So far so good. So happy that it came with a 12 month warranty! Because of the speedy response time and because they really seemed to care that I was happy with my purchase I am giving them 4 stars
