This was my first bb cushion and my experience has been pretty good so far. I have combination skin that tends to be red. Before applying I always moisturized. This helps to keep flaky skin on my face. I ordered shade 21 because I'm pretty pale, but I think that it might be a little too light for me. Once I run out of this I think I will try shade 23. It had nice light/medium coverage. As you can see in my picture, it does cover up my redness and even out my skin tone, as well as covering most of my blemishes. It doesn't completely cover my dark spots though. It doesn't really settle into my fine lines very much. It covers my large pores nicely. Over time I feel like it looks better. It comes with a sponge applicator which is nice and soft, but I find that applying with a beauty blender makes it look more natural. The case is also nice and sturdy, and I love the simple white and silver colors. Overall, this isn't perfect but I do like this product. It's a great value and a pretty nice product. I would recommend and probably buy again.
