I spent a lot of time shopping options before settling on this particular probiotic. Shelf stability is a big issue for me as I live in Africa and need my goodies to arrive in good condition. This means 2-3 weeks in transit from the seller to my collection point and there is no telling what conditions they are put through. Needless to say, I have completed a full bottle and I am sold! For some reason I was skeptical about there being so few strains in this brand but that seems to do the trick. My secret is to take these on an empty stomach 20-30min before breakfast and I'm good for the rest of the day. Bloating. Gas. Discomfort have all been relieved significantly. I also find them great to take before a run to help avoid cramping afterwards. Of course with IBS, one has to be realistic and also watch what they eat. Ignore all the comments about this product only receiving rave reviews because of the free bottle. You can claim your bottle yes (and mine just came in last week!) but in no way are you mandated by the company to leave a positive review. I would recommend and I would buy again. Definately.
