This product does what it says it would. It organizes your ingredients so that once you start cooking everything is ready. Also it makes you feel like a chef with everything prepped and ready to go! Pros: Cutting board is easily removable while using the rest of the prep deck so you have way between ingredients or detach to easily funnel your ingredients into a pan (since it folds you can actually direct where everything is going). The containers have really a nice seal with the lids and attachments. The drawers on either side slide in and out very easily (as long as you have them in there properly which is easy to adjust by wiggling it a bit). The measurements stayed on perfectly through the dish washer. (I was worried about losing the markings) Cons: I love the measurements on the containers but wish they were black so I could read them easier. The seals on the container lids do come off. They are easy to put back but pay attention when removing lids so you don’t lose the seal. The smallest containers have a round bottom meaning you can only set them down in the prepdeck when full. But you have to have it out of the prepdeck to see the measurements. So you have to hold it and pour things in the watch the measurements. Also with the round bottom it’s hard to get the spices to lay flat to check how much you’ve but in there. Packaging: everything comes wrapped in plastic! The crease in the cutting board and the “step” up to the discard area makes it hard to get small things in there without picking them up. Also the trash drawer is open on the top so when your done you have to wipe above it as well as clean the drawer. I’m giving it four stars because the prepdeck works as I was expecting, there were just a few things that weren’t executed well. (Note: it does not come with the cell phone stand like the description says.)
