This dress is amazing. It's just like the very similar $39.99 dress that comes in all the same colors and has several hundred ratings, but it's $15 cheaper! Score! My measurements: 38/32/41. I typically wear a size 10 pants, size 8 or 10 dresses, M, L, sometimes XL shirts because of my large bosom. 38 DD, 5'10", 190 pounds. I debated between ordering the M or L dress - on the competitors dress, some ladies that were similar measurements ordered the M. Since this seller did not offer any measurements, I went with the L. It is a very stretchy, breathable fabric and I did not need to unzip the zipper (hidden in the side of the dress) to put it on. It fits me very well. It hits right above my knee, which is exactly where I wanted it to be. The sleeves are nice on my arms. The cut is low to where I can be sexy, but can also unfold the extra fabric if I would like to cover up a little more (I plan on wearing this to a wedding). The blue is a beautiful navy, exactly as pictured. The skirt is full and very slimming. I will not be wearing this with a petticoat. The only *slight* cons are that: 1. The belt is not attached, nor are there any loops or holes to put the belt through. I plan on just tying it tight. 2. The collar of the dress is not very full or long like some of the others. It is very short and stays very close to the neckline. Like I stated, these are only extremely slight cons and don't make me give the dress any less than 5 stars. It is well made and feels expensive. I a very excited about wearing in for my friends wedding in a couple weeks! It is definitely more of a formal dress, and is meant more for formal events rather than daily wear.
