Since being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, I have used orthotics created by my doctor ($$$), Costco ($$), New Balance ($$), and now these ($). I've worn them for over a week in my walking shoes with excellent results. They are sturdy and supportive. My feet are happy and comfortable using these orthotics, not sore and tired as would be the case without support. They fit perfectly in my shoes without trimming. I am amazed at how well they work for such a bargain price. Because these inserts are so inexpensive (and they work so well for anyone with plantar fasciitis!), I bought a second set so I don't have to switch between my walking shoes and hiking shoes. I would rate them a 10 if I could."
